The control room setup process is a collaborative intensive process between the key players in your business and our consultants.
Once the control room audit has been completed and the problem areas can be dissimulated, we can find solutions for the problem areas.
Control room setup should allow serious incidents and crisis situations to be handled without compromising the ability to deliver normal security functions. Dedicating a room for the purpose of crisis management is a good place to start.
The setup processes
- This is a collaborative process and should include all key stakeholders in the company.
- The process will start with a workshop where all the stakeholders give their input into the areas addressed during the audit as well as the following critical criteria;
- The operational and procedural requirements for every department that needs to be addressed by the control room.
- The administration and communication of the control room with all the departments.
- The output required from the control room by each department.
The solutions are documented and placed into a SOP format for the control room to work from and will be revisited after formalization and before implementation for control room purposes.
